Vaidya
Karan Vaidya is Vice‑President of the Vaidya Group and Honorary Consul of the Republic of Latvia in Nepal. He is also Co-founder of Vitàvie Aesthetics and Anti-aging Clinic and Vie Advisory, and a Longevity Hospitality Strategist and Researcher. He combines diplomacy, business leadership, and a passion for empowering youth and national growth.
Karan Vaidya is a Nepali business leader and diplomat known for leadership in both corporate and international engagement.
He serves as Vice‑President of the Vaidya Group, a diversified family business involved in real estate, construction, pharmaceuticals, education, trading, automobiles and hospitality.
Karan completed his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering at Purdue University. He then earned a dual International MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Tsinghua University, gaining both Western and Eastern management perspectives.
During this program, he attended an exchange segment at London Business School as part of entrepreneurship and finance studies.
After working internationally — including leadership roles in technology and strategy — Karan returned to Nepal following the 2015 earthquake to contribute to national development and sustainable growth.

Karan is the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Latvia in Nepal, appointed at the age of 25 — the youngest Honorary Consul in the world at the time. He focuses on strengthening economic, scientific and cultural ties between the two countries.
